MEMBERSHIP

Membership is a one-time non-refundable fee.

Membership must be renewed annually through the Membership Drive every August. Automatic renewal is not applicable.

MEMBER OBLIGATION

CODE OF CONDUCT

Members must treat others professionally and respectfully.

Members must acknowledge the unique challenges faced by women in business and commit to providing a safe and inclusive environment for personal and professional growth.

PARTICIPATION

Members are expected to actively engage in the Organization's events, programs, and initiatives to the best of their abilities.

COMPLIANCE

Members must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

NON-COMPETE

During their membership and for two years after its termination, members shall not establish, participate in, or be involved with any other women's networking group within Marion County.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Members must be 21 years of age or older.

PROVIDER OBLIGATION

SERVICES

The Provider agrees to deliver the benefits and services specified.

COMMUNICATION

The Provider will promptly communicate relevant information, updates, and event details to members.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Provider will maintain members' personal information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

PHOTO RELEASE

By becoming a member of Nice Ladies Ocala, you consent to be photographed and authorize the use of your image for promotional purposes.

TERMINATION

Termination for Convenience: Membership fees are non-refundable & Member may choose to discontinue participation in events at anytime.

Termination for Cause:  Nice Ladies may terminate this Agreement immediately if a member breaches any material provision and fails to remedy the breach within 15 days after receiving written notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Provider's liability is limited to the total membership fees paid by the Member.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or verbal, regarding the subject matter herein.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law.
